At this time we are NOT submitting any claims to health insurance.
VIP memberships and packages have been priced affordable to stay regular and on your treatment plan.
We DO accept HSA and FSA for payment.
You are more than welcome to submit your receipts to your health insurance for reimbursement (no guarantee).
Health Insurance
Payment:
Cash is preferred payment for pay at the time of service. We use Square as our POS and accept major credit/debit cards. We require to hold a card on file to reserve your appointment time. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
Cancellation Policy:
Please give 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to do so will result in full payment of sessions booked or loss of prepaid services.
Booking:
To book your first appointment please provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, and credit card information to hold your spot. If Booking an in-home session, you will also be required to provide physical address where you will be having your session.
Once you book your session, you will receive an email confirming your session. At that time you are responsible for the time booked with your therapist. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
Online booking is not available for In-home sessions please send a text to book.
Text messages get a faster response. The therapist cannot answer the phone while in session and doesn't have time to talk and book between clients.
In-Home Sessions:
Please allow your therapist 5-10 mins after she arrives to set up, and 10-15 mins in addition to hands on time, after your session for cleanup and payment.
Hands on Time:
Your therapist will be providing you with the full hands on time of your session as long as you are ready and available at the start of your appointment time..
